It is a free advertising and connection service operated by FundingLane LLC. We collect the information you submit and transmit it to lenders and lending partners in our network; those lenders alone decide whether to make you an offer and on what terms, and they — not us — set every rate and fee. Submitting a request is not an application for credit with FundingLane and does not guarantee that any lender will make you an offer. Loan amounts, terms, rates and fees vary by lender, by your creditworthiness and by the state you live in, and not every lender in our network can serve every state. Completing our form does not affect your credit score; a lender you are connected with may, with your consent, obtain a credit report or use alternative data, and that inquiry is the lender's, not ours. For consumer loans of $2,500 or more, California law (the Fair Access to Credit Act, Cal. Fin. Code § 22304.5) caps the charges a licensed lender may impose at 36% plus the federal funds rate. FundingLane may be paid by a lender when a request we transmit results in a funded loan, and that compensation may affect which lenders receive your request and in what order. A short-term loan is not a long-term financial solution and is not suitable for a persistent shortfall; consider the total cost of credit and your ability to repay before you borrow, and contact a nonprofit credit counsellor if you are in difficulty. FundingLane never asks you to pay a fee in advance in exchange for a promise of a loan — if anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for an up-front payment, it is not us: write to help@fundinglane.net. Our service is not available to residents of New York, West Virginia and Vermont.
