One form. Every lender in our network sees it.

- Car repair
- Medical bill
- Rent deposit
- Utility bill
- Moving costs
- Vet bill
- Boiler replacement
- The week before payday
Who is already in this lane
Four things, and none of them is a credit score. Meeting all four does not mean a lender will make you an offer — it means your request is one we can pass on.
- Age18 or older
The legal minimum to enter a credit agreement in every state we serve.
- ResidencyA US address
We cannot pass requests from New York, West Virginia and Vermont.
- IncomeMoney coming in regularly
A job, self-employment, a pension or benefits — a lender decides what counts.
- AccountAn open checking account
It is how a lender would send funds and take a repayment.
- A fee to use FundingLane, ever — before, during or after
- Collateral, a car title or a co-signer
- A perfect credit score before you are allowed to ask
Anyone who contacts you asking for an up-front payment to release a loan is not us, and is not a lender we work with. Report it and stop.
Four moves, start to finish
Where your request goes, who touches it, and the point at which you are committed — which is later than most people expect.
- 01
Say what you need
An amount and a few details about you. One page, no documents to upload, nothing to print.
- 02
We pass it down the lane
Your request goes to lenders and lending partners in our network. We do not review it, score it or hold it back.
- 03
A lender answers you
Whoever wants to make you an offer contacts you with their terms. They may run a credit check first, with your consent.
- 04
You take it or you don't
Nothing is agreed until you sign a lender's agreement. Reading the offer and declining it costs you nothing.
What people are actually driving to
You are not asked to justify anything on the form. These are simply the four we hear most, and none of them is an emergency in the dramatic sense — they are dates that arrived in the wrong order.

What this costs, plainly
- What FundingLane charges you
- $0
- Who sets your rate
- The lender
- California ceiling
- 36% + fed funds
There is no fee to use this site, and there is no fee at any later point. We are paid by a lender when a request we pass on results in a funded loan.
Not us. Rates, fees and terms depend on the lender, on your creditworthiness and on your state, and they vary widely between the two.
On consumer loans of $2,500 or more, California's Fair Access to Credit Act caps what a licensed lender may charge. Below that amount the cap does not apply, so read the offer closely.
$146.28
a month, for 24 months
- Amount borrowed
- $2,500
- Representative APR
- 34.99%
- Total repaid
- $3,510.72
An illustration only — not an offer, not a quote and not an average of our network. No lender has seen your request yet. A loan is not a long-term answer to a shortfall that repeats; if the payment would not fit your month, decline the offer.
Straight answers
Is FundingLane the lender?
No, and this is the one thing worth reading twice. FundingLane is an advertising and connection service. We pass your request to lenders and lending partners; they decide whether to offer you anything, and they set every rate, fee and term. We are not a party to the agreement you would sign.
Does filling in the form hurt my credit score?
No. Our form performs no credit check of any kind. A lender you are connected with may run one before making an offer, always with your consent — that inquiry belongs to the lender, and they will tell you what kind it is.
What does it cost me to use this?
Nothing, at any stage. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for a payment to release a loan, it is not us — stop, and write to help@fundinglane.net.
How much can I ask for?
Between $100 and $5,000. What you are actually offered, if anything, is the lender's decision and may be less than you asked for.
Am I committed once I submit?
No. You are committed when you sign a lender's loan agreement, and not before. You can read an offer, take your time with it and decline it, and that costs you nothing.
Who will contact me, and can I stop it?
Lenders and lending partners we pass your request to may contact you by phone, text or email using the details you gave. You can stop email at any time from the unsubscribe link in any message we send, or by writing to help@fundinglane.net.
Which states are excluded?
We cannot accept requests from residents of New York, West Virginia and Vermont. Availability elsewhere depends on which lenders are licensed in your state.
One form.
$100 to $5,000.
It takes a few minutes, it costs nothing, and it does not touch your credit score. What happens after that is a lender’s decision, and then yours.
